One of the missions of Culligan Cares is the belief in supporting the health of our communities with clean safe drinking water which makes a perfect match for Culligan Cares and the American Diabetes Association.
Through this partnership which began in 2017, Culligan Dealers are able to participate in American Diabetes Tour de Cure events across the country. Not only are local Culligan dealers providing the water to hydrate the participants, they are also participating in the post event festival where visitors can learn more about clean safe water for hydration and a healthy lifestyle which is so important for everyone dealing with diabetes.
Through participation, the goal is to educate and motivate people to choose water as a healthy and safe option since the beverages we drink effect weight and blood glucose. We hope to be an advocate to inspire healthy living.

Culligan continues to support the good work done by Convoy of Hope to help ensure people have access to drinking water in the event of a disaster. The water benefits not only those displaced by the event, but also first responders and volunteers.
In 2015, Culligan Cares is expanding its partnership across the globe with Convoy of Hope to provide safe drinking water solutions for several schools in Nicaragua.
Convoy of Hope, founded in 1994, has a long history of responding to natural disasters and is recognized as a Charity Navigator first responder. Today, more than 54 million people have been served throughout the world by Convoy of Hope. Working through churches, businesses, government agencies and other nonprofits, Convoy of Hope provides help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting. The Water Well Trust (WWT) is a 501(c)3 organization created by the Water Systems Council to provide a clean water supply to American families living without access to a precious resource most of us take for granted.
The WWT and its partners build wells for low‐income families nationwide that need safe drinking water. There are many excellent organizations working to provide safe drinking water to people in need in developing countries however the Water Well Trust is the only national nonprofit organization helping Americans get access to a clean, safe water supply.
In 2017, Culligan and Water Well Trust began a partnership to identify families that do not have access to clean, safe water. Culligan Cares helps with the funding to dig a well bringing access to clean running water in their home and help families in need of quality/potable water to meet essential sanitation and health needs.
World Concern is a global relief and development organization with programs aimed at saving lives with clean water. The solutions World Concern offers and the work they do creates lasting, sustainable change in impoverished areas across the world. Their areas of expertise include disaster response, clean water, education, food security, child protection, and microfinance and health.
On March 22nd, 2019 Culligan Cares announced a three-year pledge to fund the organization’s clean water initiatives in Laos which include clean water, improved sanitation, and greater family health education which will all be brought to the Soukhouma cluster of five villages. Culligan will be supporting World Concern’s WASH program which stands for water, hygiene, and sanitation which are all integral in preventing the spread of disease and improving overall health for the village.
